Purpose of this process is to eliminate Xenluloza, lignin and contaminants...which cause smoke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The higher % of carbonization, the better quality of the charcoal and no smoke at all when grilling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normally it is obove 80% for exporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Total calorific value<\/strong>: when the higher value of this indicator, the more heat it will emit to the environment...saving cost. Normally it is above 7200 kcal\/kg for exporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Hours of burning<\/strong>: this is an important indicator because it involves cooking, grilling costs. With traditional charcoal it will last only 1.5-3 hours while smokeless charcoal will last more than 6 hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Other indicators<\/strong>: moisture, ash.
